Best place to be and record your music. Dave Anderson is legend on the bass and in sound engineering! Great acoustics, gear and very comfy! Phantastic to have been there :-)

I cannot recommend Foel Studios enough. The location is absolutely beautiful, the accommodation is relaxing and comfortable, and the studio has a fantastic sound and some amazing equipment. None of that is as important as Mike - he's so laid back, lovely, patient and kind. We had an extremely productive 3 days at the studio and we've decided that we have to go back to do more there. It was just good, happy vibes and I'm so glad we ended up there to record.

Foel Studio best place to go recording, as we Ozric Tentacles, David Allen, Amon Duul, the Groundhogs, Gong, Thunderdogs, the Ullulators and many more did in the late 80`s early 90`s. Gorgeous landscape and place to recover from the city and produce music. My band, Fighting with Giants, are just about to record for the second time here. We can't recommend this place enough. Not only did Mike capture our sound and help us produce some great tracks, but he is also an all round great human being who is brilliant to work with. They also have a really good range of equipment. The accommodation is also comfortable and the countryside/chilled environment was exactly what we were looking for.

Great little space for all recording needs, fully equipped and with the bonus of beautiful views too. Mike was very helpful and I would happily use the venue again when over Welshpool way in the future.
