Jack came out to look at some trees which were causing me some concern, luckily he put my mind at rest. He was very knowledgeable and gave some good advice as to what to keep an eye on going forward. I will definitely contact him in the future if needed. Thanks jack!

Look no further - Highly recommended no hestitation whatsoever - Use them! On a Saturday afternoon I noticed a tree that was badly leaning. I started looking for tree surgeons in the area and the Roots website drew me in. Lots of information and helpful advice. I made a phone call at 15:30 on a Saturday afternoon and had a reply within a couple of hours. Jack said he'd pop out the next day, on a Sunday, to have a look and provide a quotation which followed by email shortly after and was quite reasonable. Jack and Fi came on the following Wednesday to deal with the immediate problem and on the next day and one day the following week to undertake some additional work. Jack cut up the tree into the right length logs for our wood burner and both he and Fi cleared everything up leaving the site really tidy. The service was absolutely brilliant, no messing about, Jack turned up when he said he would and the work and business side of things were undertaken with the utmost of professionalism. Add in that Jack and Fi have great personalities and nothing is too much effort, I have no hesitation whatsoever In recommending them.

Jack and his partner were brilliant, got the job done in next to no time. The Holly tree was huge but they managed it professionally and cleared it all away leaving the garden and paths clear of leaves and sawdust. Would recommend them for any tree work and at a reasonable price.

Roots turned up on time and well prepared. Did days work on my 350 year Oak Tree to keep it in good shape. Left it looking so much better and able to cope with the strong winds we get. Very professional and hard working. Offered very good advice and explained exactly what they would do. Cleaned up everything when finished. Very pleased with Roots and would strongly recommend them.

Recently had Roots Tree Surgeons out for some heavy pruning on quite a few large trees in our garden. We were so impressed with Jack and Fi and their colleagues Aaron and Gideon and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They were extremely hardworking, professional, friendly and knowledgeable about trees and the environment in general and had a very sympathetic approach to their work, working with nature rather than against it. Their quote was very fair for the amount of work they did and in my opinion worth absolutely every penny as it would have taken us months to do what they completed in a matter of days and our garden looked tidier when they left than when they had arrived! Jack and Fi were a pleasure to meet and were efficient, polite and knowledgeable. They did a great job making safe a large and rather tricky old beech tree overhanging a telephone line along our lane. They were very conscientious, with good Health and Safety measures in place and left the site very tidy. We can heartily recommend them.
